Jägerhaus - Mountain Lodge on Private Estate

We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. We will do our best to transition gracefully and keep the home cozy for your stay. Photos updated periodically.

Reato House--Cozy comfort away from home, HOT TUB!

This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

Spearfish Canyon Retreat (Valhalla)

A lovely log home located in spectacular Spearfish Canyon. Situated between Spearfish and Deadwood. Wi-Fi/cell /internet. The Charming White Cottage

Enjoy your stay in Spearfish at our cozy, 1 bedroom cottage. It is perfect for a couples get away or for someone looking to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Downtown Spearfish and Spearfish Creek are within walking distance to enjoy the bike path and great eateries. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Cozy Fourplex Studio in Historic West Boulevard!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cozy studio apartment near historic West Boulevard at the center of Rapid City, close to downtown Rapid, grocery stores and restaurants. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

Harley Court Loft

Cozy loft in the Lead, SD. Moments from downtown, but secluded. Minutes to outdoor activities, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, or snowmobiling. Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

Guest Suite with Beautiful Views and Hot Tub

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest suite. Located half a mile from downtown, this unit has it all! Enjoy your coffee with a view of the incredible Black Hills and the winding Spearfish Creek below. This guest unit overlooks the Spearfish city park campground and recreation paths. This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience.

Featured in 605 magazine, this Scandinavian log home was originally built in 1890 and has been remodeled with Black Hills pine beetle floors and reclaimed barn wood trim. Centrally located, within a block walking distance to 3 local restaurants, 2 blocks from spearfish creek bike path, 2 miles from spearfish canyon and within 60 miles of attractions such as Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Devils Tower and many more. This cabin has a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen and parking.

Two sisters with a love for design renovated a small cabin into this cozy space for guests intending to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Secluded Cabin - Coyote Ridge Lodge

A unique, secluded, rustic cabin nestled on 10 acres of Ponderosa pine forest. Enjoy morning coffee on the sunny, spacious deck, afternoon picnics by the creek, a cozy wood fire in the evening and a sky full of stars at night. Only 12 minutes from great food and cafes in Spearfish; 20 minutes to Deadwood. The cabin is best for couples, families and groups of close friends. Note limited privacy; there are no bedrooms with doors you can close.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
