Prispa- ca pe vremurile vechi din zona submontană liniștită, loc de luat masa la aer privind dealurile și grădina. Statul la gura sobei și cafeaua băută pe prispă sunt unice. Căsuța rustică e complet utilată-dormitoare cu băi proprii, bucătăria în detalii+grătar, frigider, mașină de spălat, smartTV, WiFi rapid, parcare gratuită în curte.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located on the property of Conacul Nacusi it shares its courtyard leading to the summer kitchen and grill (wood burning) which you are welcome to use. The room is spacious and bright, overlooking the garden and apple orchard. It is well appointed with a table to share a meal you can prepare yourself onsite. It has a private bathroom and shower. The sofa opens up to accommodate two more guests and the guests. Easy in and out.

Satul Urseiu este situat la o altidudine de 700 m la capatul drumului comunal 6 cea ce inseamna ca de aici nu mai ajungi decat in padure , lipsa masinilor si a traficului face ca aerul din aceasta zona sa fie cu adevarat pur . Acest sat micut din inima padurilor nu este inca cunoscut turistic, Vila Roua este primul spatiu de cazare construit aici si am vrea sa impartasim cu oaspetii nostri frumusetile zonei ,poienile pline cu flori, izvorul Cricovul Dulce , stanele traditionale .........
