Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!

The cull de sac location is perfect for a cosy and quiet “home away from home” and the private patio area is an ideal place for you to have your morning coffee. It comes with a full kitchen, laundry with washer dryer, spacious bedroom, large walk-in shower, split system air-conditioning, wifi, great security, serene setting and a great outlook. This annex is close to public transport, Jandakot airport, Fiona Stanley hospital, shopping centres and ARC sports centre. We have free parking available in our drive. The apartment can cater for singles,couples, business travellers and rest assured you will be very comfortable.

Private Garden Studio

Light filled, renovated garden studio with private entrance, en suite and basic kitchenette (not a full kitchen). Adjoining our solar powered home in leafy Palmyra, the studio is a 10min drive to Fremantle, beaches and river and a short walk to buses and supermarkets. Enjoy a BBQ in your own beautiful private courtyard under the shade of the olive tree. Off-road parking, Netflix, breakfast basics and laundry service all included for free.

Peaceful, self contained unit

This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is through a gate and down a slightly sloped mulch pathway. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away.
