Begin the day with a cup of tea on the sun-washed roof terrace before returning to a sparkling white kitchen to make breakfast. A comfy sofa offers a delightful spot to read a book within this crisp apartment in a charming Georgian building. This brand newly refurbished top floor flat is centrally located within minutes of Fulham Broadway tube, giving you versatile access to all of Central London. A bright and airy reception room enjoys a brand new kitchen with convection hob, oven, fridge, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan kitchen/ living room enjoys a bespoke fitted bench seating area. The reception has USB ports for charging your phone (please bring your phone cable) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. The reception rooms opens out onto a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink, enabling you to soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Free Wifi is available. The bedroom suite enjoys bespoke fitted wardrobes with hangers and a brand new ensuite shower room with rain shower and feature lighting. Look out over the London Eye and Houses of Parliament or towards the city in this fantastic corner unit with wrap around terrace. We have refurbished the apartment to the highest standard and in a lowest impact, sustainable way, with toxic free natural materials and paints, wooden floors and no chemicals used to clean.
