Step into the hot, bubbling jets of the jacuzzi, or warm caress of the rain shower, and restore your spirits by soothing your muscles, melting away any residual tensions of the day. Get a restful sleep in one of our soft beds. In the morning, pad around on in-floor radiant heated floors (so cozy during winter-time.) Or enjoy your morning coffee on one of four outside decks. Less than an hour from Minneapolis, the Loondocks is a sun-soaked, pet-friendly hideout on beautiful Big Eagle Lake. Natural stone steps (NOTE: These are uneven, so do not book if you have mobility concerns!) lead down to the bungalow-style house, a stylish bunkhouse, wood-burning sauna, spacious deck with lake views, and flat waterfront yard. During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. The Little Red Barn @Three Acre Woods

This is our little glamping barn! There is electricity and the covered patio has a small fridge, microwave, camp stove, and bbq grill. No running water inside. Living room and one bedroom with a queen bed on the first level. The loft has a full bed and room for a sleeping bag or two for more guests. An out house and outdoor shower. I have added an Arctic Ice cooler for hot nights! But no AC. There is a nice fire pit, playground, and goats to play with! Warning: The cats love to visit!

Welcome to Big Lake/Monticello! Our one bedroom studio is fully equipped for your stay. Private screen porch, separate, private entrance, full kitchen and bath. Ample parking. We provide a few light breakfast items such as coffee, juice, milk, muffins, bagels, and fruit. We will re-supply coffee, tea, bottled water. After one week, paper products are your responsibility *note: Minnesota weather is unpredictable. No guarantee porch is “open”until May 1.
