We are located at the edge of the beautiful Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. The geographical location of our resort allows access to many miles of trails for hiking, fishing, rafting, rock climbing and mountain biking. We are devoted to accommodate your needs and cater to fellow nature enthusiast. Come stay with us, choose to disconnect or stay connected with our high speed WIFI. Come wade the cool waters of Blair Creek or sit on the porch and listen to its waters flowing by.

Cozy Cabin w King, 8-Stall Barn, Borders Natl Park

Magical 3-bedroom, 2-bath log cabin retreat on 9 secluded acres that actually BORDERS Big South Fork National Park. Direct access to horse/hiking trails...we also border trailhead! Equestrian Heaven, PET-FRIENDLY (2 pups max). Our spacious, well-lit, 8-stall redwood barn/tack room plus large paddock are mere steps away from trailhead in sought-after, gated Wilderness Resorts. Close to Station Camp, Bandy Creek trails and 20 miles from Brimstone. Wifi, large-screen TV & games/books for downtime!

River Loft Cabin w Free Kayaks

Free kayaks at this remote log cabin on the river in the Tennessee Highlands! Kayaks include one double sit-on-top kayak, one single Pescador kayak, and one single sit-in kayak. Our off-the-grid cabin overlooks the East Fork Obey River (Dale Hollow Lake), and the scenic Tennessee Highlands. Stroll down to the water to fish or launch your boat from the nearby ramp on Riverton Road, just one street over. End the day by the outdoor fireplace, or relax on one of the two porches to stargaze.

Tranquility View Guesthouse

Tranquility View Guesthouse is located 1 mile from the Obed Wild and Scenic River. This secluded guesthouse has a spacious living room, & dining area that seats 6 to relax or watch TV. If indoors doesn't suite you take your meals prepared in the full size kitchen to the front porch or walk the few steps to the firepit and seating. Sleeps up to 6 with the queen bed & ottoman twin bed in bedroom, dual recliner couch & two cots. Full sized bathroom with shower. Front door keypad access.

Ranger's Retreat cabin at Big South Fork

The Ranger's Retreat (RR) cabin by Big South Fork will give you all the privacy you want and still convenient to town for the essentials. All of this plus with one of the Southeasts' premier National Park area's in your backyard. The RR cabin is a genuine log cabin made of real white pine logs. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and a loft. The RR cabin is great for couples, but the loft with 2 twin beds provides room for a total of 4. Dog friendly (sorry no cats).

A Little Closer to Heaven Primitive Tree house

This little tree house is primitive with no electricity and no water but has a bath house nearby. This is tent camping in a tree house. Located behind the historic R.M. Brooks Store, it is the perfect place to find peace and beauty . Perfect for hikers. Rest in the huge branches of this nearly 100 year old Oak Tree. A Queen bed awaits you for your restful nights sleep. Underneath you can picnic at the table or swing in the swing that hangs below. This is the perfect place to unplug.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin with unobstructed views of the mountains. On the back deck there is a hot tub and a gas grill. Near Big South Fork and Historic Rugby. 3 mile hike from the cabin to the river round-trip. Or drive to the trailhead and hike half a mile to the river. Come here to unwind and de-stress. Totally peaceful :-) My favorite time of year is winter at the cabin. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the frosty trees and mountains!

The Bear’s Den

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful Smokey Mountains in southern Kentucky. We are situated less than 5 miles from the famous Cumberland Falls! We are close to many hiking trails and water sports. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin boasts a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The deck provides a peaceful view of the beautiful forest as well as a great place to relax and grill your favorite meal! An air mattress is provided for additional guests.

Creekside Cabin at Shady Grove Farm

Nestled on a beautiful Tennessee hillside, this rustic cabin is a great place to relax from the busyness of life. With all the necessary amenities it is perfect whether you’re staying just a night or a week. It is settled on Shady Grove Farm and tucked between a rolling pasture and tranquil woods. The cabin is just minutes away from Lilly Bluff Overlook and 14 miles from Frozen Head State park. The Obed River is also nearby.
