This apartment with a million dollar view is located on the shiny west coast promenade, in the vicinity of the most popular restaurants. It's a short stroll to Diocletian's Palace and the old town. Nearby Marjan hill, the most popular place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is ideal place for walking jogging or cycling. In the forest along the beach paths you can stop anywhere for a swim. Bus/train/ferry port are only 15 minutes walk. There is a grocery store in the same building.

This brand new villa is setted first row by the water. Your family and friends can sleep in 4 bedrooms with TV's and AC's. Huge and fully equipped kitchen; 5 toilets. Beside that, to spend a quality time, you have grill and outdoor kitchen with dinning area, fitness area, playroom with table soccer and billiard, playroom for smaller ones with toys, PS4 and board games.
