My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The cottage sits in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of the pretty village of Rippingale. It is a 5 minutes drive to the market town of Bourne and 25 minutes from the stunning Georgian town of Stamford. It is also an ideal base to see the rest of the UK, being situated in the heart of England.

Although there are no facilities in the village, the nearest shops are only a 5 minute drive. There is a cycle store to the rear of the property.
