Særdeles Boligen ligger i et naturskønt område, med korte afstande til de mest populære attraktioner, som f.eks Legoland, Lego House og Givskud Zoo. Eget terrasse område og bålplads. Der er rig mulighed for at se vildt og fugleliv. Der er to store soveværelser, hvor der kan sove henholdsvis 3 og 4 personer. Baby alarm og Mørklægnings gardiner i begge rum. Børnevenligt og privat.

Lovely newly renovated centrally located residence for the larger family (ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children) who wants to be close to everything in Billund, but still have one's own private home. The accommodation is also within short driving distance to the many other family-friendly activities the area offers such as Givskud Zoo. The house have 3 bedrooms (one with bunkbed), a modern kitchen & a modern bathroom with shower.

Nyd det simple liv i denne fredelige og centralt beliggende bolig. Stor lukket have, gratis parkering og tæt på alt i Billund. Busstation (400m), Lego House (350m), Bageri (350m), Supermarked (500m), Legoland hovedindgang (1200m), Lalandia (1600m), WOW Park (3km). Det ene badeværelse på 1. sal er under renovering. Derfor kun ét brugbart badeværelse på stueetagen.

Dejligt sommerhus i rolige omgivelser nær Legoland

Særdeles godt beliggende fritidshus i rolige omgivelser, for enden af blind vej. Husets ene terrasse ligger mod syd, og har direkte adgang til stue og køkken. Den anden terrasse ligger mod nord, mellem hus og annex, som skaber hygge og gårdhave stemning. Hyggelig legeplads til mindre børn. Mulighed for at overnatte i Shelter.

The house is central in the village Filskov, with large lovely garden. Close to all attractions in South Jutland - Legoland, Lego-House, Lalandia & Givskud Zoo -by car only 10-15 minutes away. To the West or the East Coast it takes about 45, grocery store around the corner.
