Perfectly positioned 50' from waves, in one of La Jolla's most coveted coastal enclaves, this Suite offers tide pools just feet away from 500' patio & spa, with small 234 sq. ft interior with en suite king bed inside, private & joyful. Dining table & some cooking outside but absolutely NO FOOD SCRAPS down the drains nor coffee grounds. Stony beach access from next door park, sandy beach close by, egrets & pelicans fly overhead. Espresso and microwave, frig/freezer, electric fry pan, Netflix.

Located near Windansea beach, La Jolla Village and Bird Rock, our single-story retreat offers 3 bedrooms and an office. Stay cozy with central heating and AC, and enjoy the private lot with a patio and an outdoor shower. The prime location is in a quiet neighborhood yet offers easy access to everything including the stunning Windansea beach. You will be walking to the beach, coffee, shops. The main suite is in the back of the house, creating a private space away from the rest of the house.
