There will be a folded desk/chairs and bed trays in each room. Wifi password will be in the guests book along with restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and shopping and entertainment areas.. There are a lot of amenities and TVs in each area.. In the backyard is plenty of tables and chairs to eat outside peacefully.. Plenty of backyard space with grill.. Outside table and chairs with umbrellas.. Parking area . Peaceful and whimsical at night. Smoking is allowed outside the home.

Basement Apartment with private entrance in a Classic Craftsman Cottage, located in the heart of the Avondale Neighborhood. Private entrance off private staircase, a 500 sq ft studio with a private kitchen and bath. This cozy space is complete with comfy living room, stocked kitchen, full bathroom with walk-in shower and everything you'll need! **PLEASE NOTE- OWNERS LIVE ABOVE WITH SMALL CHILD AND DOG. YOU WILL HEAR US FROM TIME TO TIME.** *NO PETS.NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN*

Queen bedroom, king bedroom, private bathroom, and private balcony. Enjoy sunrise views with your morning coffee among the trees. This pet-friendly house has multiple units, so you may hear other guests or animals. The spiral staircase may not suit those with mobility issues, pets, or large luggage. The second bedroom has sloped ceilings, therefore not suited for tall people. If any of this is likely to bother you, please book a space better suited to your needs.

This all-inclusive single room basement has just about everything you need for your stay. There is a kitchen with a brand new refrigerator, full bathroom, dining table that can double as a desk, and a 75” TV for your viewing pleasure! An added piece of entertainment is our classic stand-up arcade with multiple games to choose from! You will have your own entry on the back patio, which includes a table and chairs. For ultimate privacy, there are no shared spaces.

You don't have to sacrifice tranquility and beauty for convenience. Meadow Lake Suite is relaxing, private, and cozy, with a picturesque meadow, stream and fishing lake just a few steps away. Nearby are parks, restaurants, summer splash pad, and shops. It's the perfect accommodation for couples, small families, seniors, solo adventurers, and business travelers. While the owners live in the home upstairs, guests have the roomy basement suite all to themselves.
