Welcome to Merrill House! Merrill is a single story home with a minimal aesthetic, peaceful vibe, and open floor plan. We are family and pet-friendly with a privately, fully enclosed yard. Merrill is just south of Corewell Hospital, 5 minutes to downtown Royal Oak. We are walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, and a park. Laundry and supplies. We are 3 m. from the Detroit Zoo and 1 m. from Birmingham. Our proximity to Woodward Avenue offers a direct 20-minute drive to downtown Detroit.

Steps from Dream Cruise and Beaumont hospital Enjoy a custom-bricked patio with a fire pit or our newly renovated bar with friends or family. Our home has three bedrooms and one swing bedroom (Murphy bed so can be a bedroom or private office). We also have two pull-out queen sofa beds. The backyard is fully fenced. This is our family home, so please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors

Centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood. Just minutes from all the most popular venues and attractions in Detroit easily accessible by car. Walkable to restaurants and parks. Great home for the family plus friends with very spacious comfortable living areas throughout the house and fenced in backyard. The home has all the amenities needed for long comfortable stays which are very much encouraged. Off street parking for two-three cars in the driveway. Guests have no access to the garage.

Welcome! We are happy to host you in our separate, detached, private bedroom with separate bath. This unit is attached to our garage. It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.

We have a cat, Commander Muffins. While he won't be in your space while you're with us (& is rarely there otherwise), if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.
