La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. L'appartamento è un piccolo open space suddiviso in zona notte con un letto matrimoniale, zona giorno con cucina e un ampio bagno. Può ospitare solo due adulti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno. Vicino c’è lo Splash & Spa Tamaro e il CMFG ARENA, centro polisportivo, a Sigirino.
