Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Crow House Barn is a stunning stand-alone two-bedroom limestone barn conversion set in 10 acres of gardens and fields in the peaceful North Yorkshire countryside with only one other house within half a mile.
