Det er den øverste leiligheten i blokken fra 2023 med en sør/vestvendt balkong med nydelig utsikt (sjøgløtt). Felles takterasse en etasje opp, samme oppgang. Et veldig rolig område med flotte turmuligheter. Kort vei til tebanen og gode bussmuligheter. Borettslaget er svært moderne med fokus på det grønne. Nydelig hage og lekeområder på utsiden. Har en dobbelseng og en sofa som kan reies opp. For ekstra personer, ta kontakt så kan det ordnes. Dyr er ikke tillat men kan avtales nærmere.

Sjelfullt hjem på Grünerløkka

Denne koselige leiligheten ligger midt på Grünerløkka, det hippeste området i hele Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. I løpet av 1-5 min. gange kan du nå Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restauranten Apostrophe, Botanisk Hage, 6-7 ulike matbutikker, mange restauranter og enda flere bruktbutikker. Leiligheten i seg selv har mange autentiske detaljer, som original vedkomfyr og panelvegger. Leiligheten er 40 kvm og har en lav seng.

Perfect flat for a couple, small family (with older kids) or just for yourself. Metro and supermarket 5min from the flat. Small table on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. There’s a shared roof terrace in the building that you can enter with the key, then you have a view over Oslo. Double bed (150) and sofabed (for a light person, since its not that comfy. Attractive apartment 10 minutes from city centre

New modern apartment at 7th floor with elevator only a 10 minute metro trip from Oslo centralstation. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk from the metro station Økern T. The aparmtent has one bedroom with a 140cm x 200cm bed that fits for one big person or two small people. There is possible to park a car in the garage for a fee. In the summer time you can enjoy the balcony as well.
