A nice brightly furnished basement apartment only 2 min. from the 401. Beautiful backyard on the Moira River. Minutes from the Quinte Mall, Liquor store, Walmart, and restaurants. 5 min. to downtown The suite includes a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, diningtable for 2, fridge/freezer, microwave, keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea kettle, convection oven, and toaster. Iron 5G speed network Hand painted wooden floors and fireplace. Original art pieces and handpainted paintings by my daughter.

Cozy, bright, yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides.
