We provide the best amenities with distinct upgrades not normally found in an airbnb. Take a walk on the private ¼ mile trail where you’ll see deer and our local black squirrels. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully appointed private kitchen with premium cutlery. Relax under the stars and amongst the pine trees in the hot tub just outside your door.

Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

A home away from home, this lower-level studio has all the amenities you’d want in your own place. From the secluded back patio surrounded by mature trees, to the full kitchen & breakfast nook, this private basement apartment is the perfect getaway. Located in a central neighborhood, this location offers some of the best access to Colorado Springs: 3 minutes from food & coffee, 20 minutes from national landmarks such as Garden of The Gods, & only 17 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport!

This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

Cutthroat Cove- Air Force Academy

Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.

Patio outside unit is reserved for guest use, and provides additional space to relax with a. gas grill and firepit. Kitchen stocked with microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, hotplate, pots and pans, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes etc. Private bathroom with spa like shower, washer and dryer in the unit.
