Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Nine foot ceilings, 5 & 6 foot high windows, original doors and trim and more. 1 mile or less to downtown Rapid City, restaurants, shopping, The Monument Civic Center, 11 mile paved bike path on the Rapid Creek, Hanson-Larson park with 20 miles of hiking / mountain biking trails, playgrounds, parks and so more. The home is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown, easy access to trails and paths, and a good starting point for exploring the Black Hills! We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into home! There is a nice fully fenced back yard, plenty of off street parking, as well as use of the garage (low clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions as you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.

Enjoy everything down town has to offer! Walk to area restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, shopping, even a restored movie theatre and Main Street Square. Don't worry about parking, you have your own covered spot feet from the front door. Or if you feel like relaxing after a day exploring, stay in and relax, room to spread out. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry make longer stays much more comfortable. Very close to Monument Arena, SDSMT, and all of down town.
