This renovated historic home sits on 10 acres, surrounded by National Forest land. Large fenced yard is perfect for your pup. Historical touches and cool antiques; but you’ll still enjoy the Keurig and high-speed internet. This is not a house for loud parties; zero tolerance for guests who disrupt the neighbors. This house is priced by the number of people. To receive a correct cost, enter the correct number of guests. This system fairly accommodates a solo traveler or, or a large group.

The 900 sq ft condo is 11 miles west of Hill City in the heart of the Black Hills located in a gated area with a private lake. There are 5 bldgs. with 2 units per building, plus 9 private homes tucked in the hills. The area is surrounded on 3 sides by land owned by the National Forest. This unit is available all year round & is great for the fisherman or someone wanting to get away from the city. You are close to the ATV, hiking, & the Mickelson Trails. Hunting is prohibited in gated area.

It has 4 bedrooms on the main level with 2 baths (one being handicap accessible) and upstairs there are 3 queen beds along with another tv, couch, game table and full bath. The Lodge has a fully furnished kitchen, satellite tv, wifi, fireplace, central air conditioning and washer/dryer. Outside there is a private hot tub, gas grill, large gas fire pit and spectacular views!

There is not a dishwasher, but there is a washer, dryer combination. There are two seperate Tv viewing areas if desired.

It has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric frying pan, hot plate, and crock pot for minor meal preparation with a breakfast nook and seating area. Also, covered parking and additional space for a toy hauler. A private entrance means you can come and go as you please. Ask about long term rates from October thru April.

Our Boxcar Cabin is located in the quiet community of Silver City, Rapid Creek flows past town and we are surrounded by the Black Hills National Forest, perfect for getting away from it all. We live a block away for easy answers to questions and any help you may need, we also have a cell amplifier at our home for any connecting you may need. Our Cabin is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, linens and towels. You need to pick up groceries on your way.
