One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

175ft Waterfront on Black Lake, 10ft sandy beach, and 80ft dock. Crystal clear water, sandy bottom, 3ft depth for 50ft, then 5ft depth at end of dock. Large remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 5 beds, sleeper sofa, deck, firepit, windows galore, pool table, washer/dryer, and up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee). Bedrooms and full bath are on 2nd floor. From June 28-August 30, the home is only available for weekly bookings with Saturday check-in/check-out (ex., July 5-12; July 12-19).
