Perfect for nature lovers, beaches, and walking. 10-minute drive from Kenmare, and a 20-minute drive to Sneem. There are walks in the woods just opposite the house. Bright, open plan living, with fully equiped kitchen,with fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom of the kitchen. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Smart tv and music speaker. All linen towels, hand soap and toilet paper, washingup liquid, tea/coffee/ sugar provided. The Cottage is central heated with radiators in every room. There is an outdoor seating area with table and chairs.

The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

Alpaca Lodge with stunning views and alpacas

The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. It has a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a small seating area and en-suite bathroom. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, snack bars and biscuits are provided in the room, and there is a kettle, microwave, toaster and a small fridge, tea & coffee, cutlery & plates . AGE 12+

Camomile Cottage is a newly renovated property located just over 4.5 kilometres from Kenmare town. It’s prime location places it on the Iveragh Peninsula, along the Ring of Kerry driving route, with the Kerry Way walking trail 350 metres away. Kenmare is a 5 minute drive, Sneem is 15 minutes, and Killarney National Park is less than half an hour over the scenic Molls Gap. The property itself is tucked away on a quiet country lane, surrounded by native woodland with a stream meandering by.

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
