The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, snack bars and biscuits are provided in the room, and there is a kettle, microwave, toaster and a small fridge, tea & coffee, cutlery & plates .

We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
