Welcome to our spacious, comfortably furnished 2 bdrm/2 bath condo in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley, ID. This quiet location is well-off the main road. It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

Our "Magic Water House" is located near Miracle and Banbury Hot Springs. Enjoy soaking in your own year-round private geothermal pool right outside your back door! Also enjoy the beauties of the Hagerman Valley, Thousand Springs, Salmon Falls Creek, Balanced Rock, golf, fishing, hiking, kayaking, rafting, & year round swimming! NOTE: Home is 10 miles from town, private, but you will sometimes hear traffic on Hwy 30. Please do not book if this issue might affect the location rating you give.

This luxury townhome aims to be the most family friendly place in the valley. Newly built in 2022, it has a 2-car garage, baby gates, a Pack N Play with mattress, toddler table, high chair, and three large baby mats styled as rugs. Enjoy the pool, splash pad, hot tub, large grassy area, 2 bicycles and a 2-child bike trailer. Very close to the 20+ mile Wood River Trail bike path. Near the airport and construction, so there is some noise during the day, but kids' rooms are more quiet.

Ketchum condo-walk to Mt Baldy!

Entire condo in Ketchum 3 guests-1 bedroom-2 beds-1 bath This is the closest complex to Sun Valley’s Bald Mountain, River Run Lodge and gondola. In the summer, you are steps away from the paved Wood River Trail and from the hiking trail up Baldy. If you love fly fishing, the beautiful Wood River is right there. In the winter almost ski in ski out as it is a 5 minute walk in ski boots,skis in hand to lift line. Downtown Ketchum’s restaurants are a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful Baldy View-Cottonwoods-Resort Access

Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)
