Centrally located from Twin Falls, Jerome, Hagerman, and Gooding. The Perrine Bridge with spectacular views of the Snake River Canyon and infamous base jumpers is only 10 minutes away. Shoshone Falls is 15-20 minutes away.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. This NO shared spaces unit is beautifully decorated as a paradise escape where you can relax at the end of a long day. There is 1 regular queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed. The private bathroom encompasses a shower and a deep bathtub. There are refrigerators, microwave, Keurig w/coffee, toaster oven, small skillet, toaster, mini blender, kitchen utensils, & dishes. Come enjoy the turtle and sunset beach decor to brighten to your day!

Our place is conveniently located: • 7 mins away from the Friedman Airport, local grocery stores, skating rink, etc. in the super-cute western town of Hailey, Idaho. • Great restaurants nearby. In 20 mins, you are at the foot of the ski mtn in Sun Valley! You’ll love our charming Guest House with it's cozy warm ambiance and beautiful outdoor surroundings. We have a 3night minimum bkg policy, but for those coming from Twin/Boise for a wkend, pls feel free to inquire for an exception.

Downtown Studio, your Ketchum/Sun Valley home

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

Quiet Sun Valley/Hailey Studio

The private ground floor studio apartment to my home has a kitchenette, outdoor seating area for coffee, one queen sized bed, two twin sized foam pads for placement on rug for extra guest, shower, very cool in summer due to cement floors and ground floor entrance, dining area and good natural light. Hiking behind the house! Walk-to-Hailey-downtown. There is a 20.00 cash dog fee per day. Dogs cannot be left without their owners in the studio. No cats, sadly, due to allergies.

Free WIFI and NETFLIX and decent Cable TV. Free use of town bikes and xc skis. One dog prepaid negotiable.

Full bath with washer/dryer. Free off-street parking. Due to documented medical allergies in our attached home, we are exempt from hosting service animals.

The entire upstairs of our house is yours! Your space has a locked off, private entrance (we live downstairs in a separate area). Includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private living area, one full bath, mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, washer/dryer, and small private outside space. 5-10 min drive to the Sun Valley airport. Perfect base to experience world-renowned skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing.
