Recently refurbished with spectacular views across fields. Includes 1800cm superking bed, bath and shower. Perfectly situated for exploring and only 10/20 mins from the only two 2* Michelin restaurants in Scotland. First of all sorry NO PETS ALLOWED 3rd party or work bookings also not accepted. Cottage in the country welll equipped in accessible area to amenities, only a 10 min drive away from nearest town and 30 min from nearest city in the area . Plenty places within driving distance. The cateran trail is on the doorstep for walkers . Choice of golf courses for those who play. Reekie Lynn waterfall is just around the corner from the cottage. Coffee shop is near by for a quick bite to eat

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie.
