Private apartment 200 metres to beautiful Blairgowrie beach and 800m to Koonya Back Beach. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and coffee machine. A delightfully renovated classic early 60's beach house with a large outdoor living area. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There are board games, petanque/boules and tennis rackets to play with. Beach umbrella and Esky are also provided for trips to the beach or picnics. Firewood for the wood heater is supplied. My place is suitable for couples and families (with kids and or pets). The large deck and grassed area in the back yard is fully fenced and secure.

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Slide open the doors and wake up to a wonderful bay view, take a morning walk along one of the Peninsula's best beaches or sit on the huge deck with a book taking in uninterrupted panoramic water view.
