Canyon Road Olive Ranch is a 25-acre property with olive trees and fruit trees. We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. Guests may use the outdoor kitchen / pavilion, large deck, and a fire pit. Dogs welcome.

The Deer Haven Ranch Cottage 4 Beds

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a working ranch. Built in the late 1800's. Immigrant family homestead. The Indians use to meet under the large oak trees in the front yard. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.

Amustus Ranch

On forty acres between Johnson City and Pedernales Falls Park, the cabin offers a private light filled space in the heart of all the fun of the Texas Hill Country. Only 3 miles from Pedernales Falls Park, Amustus Ranch is near all that the Hill Country has to offer. Nature adventures, wine tasting,and more are all within a short drive of this secluded spot. And, on the breezy deck you can enjoy star gazing. This property is not suitable for children under five years of age.

NEW! Wanda - modern house at Tom Dooley’s Hideout

Tom Dooley’s Hideout is located at the Gateway to the hill country, just minutes west of Dripping Springs off of hwy 290. It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening.

Hill Country Llama Haven *llamas & alpacas*

Check out the llamas and alpacas right from the backyard! Relax in tranquility or explore the area! In the evening, unwind in the private hot tub or by the fire pit while the llamas and alpacas graze the pastures. Fully fenced backyard for your pets to enjoy. This cabin is close to many hill country wineries, breweries, and distilleries as well as hiking, swimming, and good eats! Come hang out and enjoy the peaceful hill country!

Quaint Country Cabin

This cute cabin is nestled on the back corner of the 17 acre McRanch property. The interior cabin is equipped with one Queen bedroom, a Flex room that contains a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed underneath, a reading loft (accessed by a ladder), one bathroom with a stand up shower (no tub) and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, water dispenser, and stackable washer/dryer.
