Annie's Airbnb is located on the ridge of beautiful Mount Ninderry with stunning views of the Maroochy River and out to sea .Set on 2 acres of tropical garden. The apartment includes a new fully equipped kitchen , a large living room and separate bedroom, overlooking the private swimming pool. The property is centrally located with Coolum beach, Eumundi markets and airport a short driving distance. Guests can enjoy the ambience of the property or access the beautiful beaches & hinterland.

Single bush retreat: Birdhide

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool, walk to your local bakery for breakfast or the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Welcome to our Fully Self Contained 1 bedroom Apartment, located Right in the Heart of The Sunny Coast. It’s a modern space with a lovely outlook from the Modern Kitchen and a cute courtyard to sit and relax out front. There’s a Lounge space to chill including a smart TV. This space is adjoining our home ( the main house ) and is fully self contained w/ seperate entry but you will have friendly neighbours. Please not 3rd party bookings are not allowed under Air BnB rules.

We welcome you to 'Blueview', an apartment on the side of a hill near Mount Ninderry; a semi-rural area central to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer! The unit is a private place with all that you need to relax after a day's exploration; sunsets from your deck can be spectacular. Relax and explore - - only five minutes to the highway and 15 minutes to Coolum Beach. We look forward to meeting you!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One bedroom, self contained unit with spectacular views. Watch the sunset from the deck every night! 15 minutes drive to Coolum Beach and 5 minutes drive to Yandina. 10 minute drive to Mt Ninderry summit walk. There are two friendly cats at the property who will surely come to say hello. Note there is no public transport around this area.
