At just 8' x 12' this tiny space has everything you need for a relaxing lakefront getaway. Wake up to stunning views of crystal clear Beach Pond just steps from the cabin. Take an early morning swim or paddle in one of our kayaks. Then sooth sore muscles in our wood-fired traditional Finnish Sauna. Then enjoy an evening lakeside campfire.

The Tree House at Underhill Hollow

The Treehouse is a place where magic happens. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or both. Sleep amongst the trees on a 7 acre 1825 farm. Meet Whirly, Gig and Belle. Find all 7, fairy houses. Go on a treasure hunt. Poke about our paths or explore the Airline trail, just off the property. S’mores, campfires, ghost stories and more. Meet our chickens. Spot deer, ducks or “Blue”, our resident blue heron. Adventure is in the air at the Hollow. Or nap in the hammock.

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Lake House w/Game Rm 5 Min From Foxwoods & Mohegan

Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of this new contemporary lakefront home. Kayaks & paddleboards await you, 5 min from Foxwoods, 10 min from Mohegan Sun with multiple-choices of hiking, boating, shopping and dining. Stunning cathedral, ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, tiled showers with full amenities and a game room/theater. You cannot get any closer to the water. This two bedroom 2 1/2 bath sleeps eight, 2200 square-foot house completed in 2024.

Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

The Ritz: Bright, airy & close to everything!

One of three homes on a large property, the 'Ritz' is a studio with private porch, Adirondack chairs & fire pit outdoors. Perfect for a couple with one queen. A full kitchen, BBQ grill and a short walk to town and the Southeast Light. We may accommodate a child in a pack n play, but do ask you to bring your own linens. The grill is propane, which we provide a tank and a extra. Please let us know if you are out so we can be sure to have it filled in time.

Shel House

Beautiful Block Island gem, gut renovated in 2010. Classic with all the modern conveniences. Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and beaches. Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Summer rentals start Jan 1. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay.
