Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

The Appleyard Cottage. Walk to town, resturants, and beaches! Bright and airy 3 bedroom home with spacious kitchen and living room. Great for families. The kids bunk room sleeps 4-6 with plenty of space to play. The primary bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king bed and private deck. The second bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen bed walk out to deck. The Appleyard is a shared house with 3 separate private guestrooms in front and cottage in back. No pets please.

New Harbor House A & B w/Sunset View & Fire Place

A true gem in the heart of New Harbor. You’ll be within walking distance to the best of what Block Island has to offer…fishing, beaches, restaurants, popular marinas and Payne’s Killer Donuts. During the quiet winter, get cozy with your in-door fire place. The home is surrounded by conservation land which allows for a peaceful evening watching the sunset. There is an in-law apartment and a main house included with this lising. Both can be rented separately.

Vineyard Studio at Spar Point Farm Block Island

Spar Point Farm on Block Island is a 6-acre working family farm including a vineyard, orchard, apiary, gardens, and greenhouse. It offers a winning combination of being well off the main road for privacy and quiet, but less than 10 minutes by car from the main port town and 5 minutes from the airport. The farm is flanked by 230 acres of conservation land to the west and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, striking sunsets, and wondrous stargazing.

Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay. Calendar opens October 1.
