The eco-friendly property was built in 2015. It accommodates 2 houses and provides; parking, its own private terrace and access to a large open garden. A 50 mètres de l’arrêt du train Vevey-les Pléiades en pleine forêt, qui donne accès aux multitudes de randonnées et VTT. La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.
