Verdigre - Parkside Cottage

Comfortable cottage in Verdigre, walking distance from downtown and all local businesses. Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.

This cabin offers a breath of fresh air. Inside, you’ll find a rustic bedroom and a full bathroom stocked with all the essentials. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cook your favorite meals, while the cozy living and dining area—complete with a fold-out futon—provides extra space for guests or family. Roast marshmallows at the fire pit, grill on the barbecue and share a meal under the open sky. At sunrise, there’s no better spot than the patio watching deer wander through the morning mist.

Get away from the busyness of life and relax in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. An out door firepit and grill await outdoors while inside enjoy the small quiet home with the lux of modern day features. Book it!

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

Kinsmen Lodge

Kinsmen lodge is located on the outskirts of Niobrara within view of the mighty Missouri River. We have a cabin duplex with each side a roomy 1000 square feet that can accommodate up to 6 guests. They have two bedrooms, private bath and full kitchen with a dining area and family room. A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting. A light, homemade breakfast delivered to your door and an invitation to join us if we're making wood-fired pizza. Just relax!
