Erinwood Farms

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Winter has arrived, and it is one of the prettiest times of the year at Erinwood Farms which is located in the Ohio countryside, just 30 miles from Cedar Point You will be staying in our new Barn, which features a queen bed and two pull-out beds, a kitchenette, and coffee machine. Whether you're seeking a serene country getaway or a peaceful spot to recharge after exploring nearby tourist attractions, Erinwood is the perfect destination for you!

The Mainstay

The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Enjoy this unique stay with lush and natural surroundings while retaining modern-day conveniences.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bed and one queen pull out couch bed. It is located next to wonderful neighbors in a dog friendly neighborhood. Off street parking is available through alley, acces behind the apartment. It is a charming place to stay on vacation or traveling for work!

Adorable Cottage - Your Cozy Home Away From Home

A cute and comfortable home with lots of charm in a safe, residential area. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Downtown Boho Studio at The Montgomery

Welcome to our BoHo Studio! One block from Sandusky Bay waterfront, The Montgomery, built in the late 1800's, is located in heart of Sandusky's downtown historic district. The Boho Studio @ The Montgomery is cozy space with an eclectic artsy vibe. This space is outfitted with meditation pillows, games, vinyl record player. The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.

The Barn at Bloom & Bower

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

Downtown Studio

Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!

Peaceful Country Stay

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. Stay on our beautiful 15 acres in our fully finished upstairs barn bedroom/bathroom, with access to the downstairs barn kitchenette. You will have the seclusion of your own private space, but may enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors.
