A beautiful and unique mountains escape with 6.5 acres of gardens to enjoy! Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

The Bunker

Step inside this beautifully designed 170-sq-ft tiny home that proves small can be spectacular. Surrounded by open space with panoramic views, it features a queen bed for dreamy nights, split air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The modern bathroom offers a gas-heated shower, flush toilet, and stylish basin, because tiny living should never mean compromising on comfort. Perfect for a retreat, recharge, or couple’s escape.

Bullaburra cosy home

Bullaburra is a quiet mid Blue Mountains village, just 3 minutes from Wentworth Falls and 15 minutes from Katoomba. The name means "Blue Skies" so we benefit from the clear Blue Mountains air without quite so much fog. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two have queen size beds, the third has a double bed and a single trundle. There is a real flame gas fire and air conditioning. The garden includes some veges and herbs that you can pick.

The Hill Station at Mt. Tomah

The Hill Station is in the heart of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, immediately adjacent to the Mt. Tomah Botanic Gardens. The renovated cabin is set in an acre of gardens and is an ideal retreat for a couple. The cabin has a Living/Bedroom area with one queen bed, a sunny Kitchen and a new Bathroom. There are cafes nearby, the Botanic Gardens are a short walk, and the main towns of the Blue Mountains are 20 minutes drive away.
