This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located just 5 minutes to Port Franks Sandhill, 10 minutes to Ipperwash Beach, 12 Minutes to the Pinery, 15 minutes to Grand Bend and 10 Minutes to Rock Glen Falls. Located in idyllic downtown Thedford across from the village square and splash pad. Two 18 hole golf courses and two wineries just 5 minutes away. Many restaurants and antique stores right in town. Please note: 3 night minimum May 24-Sept 21 weekends

The Birmingham House

Hello! Our home is 3 minute walk to downtown. We are close to restaurants, theaters and shops. We focus on comfort and fun with all the necessities for families, couples and solo travelers. The home offers an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, four bedrooms and a games room. We also have a hot tub available for our guest. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles and WIFI available. We will do our best to make your stay memorable and comfortable. Please note we do not allow parties.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

Bluewater Bungalow

Bluewater Bungalow, a charming 5-bedroom stylish cottage, nestled between Grand Bend & Bayfield. This spacious retreat features 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen room, 2 double-beds, 3 full bathrooms, games room, a short walk to the shores of Lake Huron. Step inside and be greeted by the custom-built interiors, carefully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open concept living area is ideal for entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen, ample seating, and a cozy fireplace.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Looking to get unplugged? Come and get recharged as you enjoy peace and tranquility here. Enjoy the many views Lake Huron offers. The full kitchen is well stocked. With a mid size fridge and 24” stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more. Triple bunk beds for the children make vacations fun. Enjoy time unwinding at the ever changing beach, from rocks, to clay to sand and sometimes a combination of all three.
