דירה מרווחת לגיבוש משפחתי שלא תרצו לצאת מהדירה, אבל במרחק נגיעה אתם במרכז בני ברק. סמוך לצירים המרכזיים של אזור המרכז. מטבח גדול וסלון מפנק, שולחן נפתח לארוחות משפחתיות עמוסות וספה ממכרת שלא תצליחו לקום. בחדרים מיטות הייריזר מוצעות בקפידה, ולילדים משחקים וצעצועים להנאה. להורים מחכה מיטת קינג סייז בסוויטה מרווחת עם חדר רחצה פרטי, אוויר וירוק משלוש כיוונים. בגג נשקף המרחב כמו שאין בשום מקום אחר בבני ברק, נוף פתוח ופרטיות. הבריכה זמינה ביולי אוגוסט.- לפי תיאום

נמצאת במרכז בני ברק דקות הליכה ספורות מויזניץ, נדבורנה, פוניבז', אולמות החתונות, לדרמן, קבר החזון איש והרב קנייבסקי, בית מאיר, ארמונות חן - אולמות השמחה בעיר. מקווה קרוב. קרוב לקווי תחבורה ושטיבלך בית הלל ואיצקוביץ יש מרפסת שמש גדולה וכיפית למנוחה. אנו שומרים שבת ומצפים מהמארחים בדירה לכבד את השבת ואופי המקום. יצוין כי רק ביום שבת בשעות היום הרחוב סגור לתנועת כלי רכב. שאר הימים הכל כרגיל.
