Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower and washing machine. The surrounding beaches, cafes and boutiques of Sawtell and all that the Coffs Coast has to offer are conveniently on your doorstep.
