Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

Stay at home in Reno

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

Home is within walking distance to the Legacy Bike/Hiking Trail, 4 miles from downtown Truckee & a short drive to Donner Lake, Boca/Stampede Reservoirs. Lake Tahoe & Reno are only a 25 minute car ride away. Several of Tahoe's world class ski resorts are also close by. This home is a detached single story & over 900 sf.

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Conveniently is 2.2 miles from Downtown Truckee (1.8-mile paved trail). NorthStar Ski Resort is 15 mins (8.4 miles) and Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley Ski Resort) is 19 mins away (13.9 miles). Trails for snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, biking, and hiking. Donner Lake is a 9 min drive and Lake Tahoe is 19 mins away. Air Purifier on at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

Located in Gray's Crossing, only 5 minutes from bustling downtown Truckee and 20 minutes to Lake Tahoe, this is the perfect mountain retreat! Brand new construction, this chic one bedroom, one bathroom unit has its own kitchen with washer/dryer. A perfect hideaway for a couple or a single person looking to get away. The main house is our full time residence, and we happily share our patio and bbq. NO pets allowed. There is a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax added to each stay - TOT.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
