Elegante appartamento a Genova

Please, read carefully the following desriptions that will be relevant for the check in and along your stay in the flat: 1) The home automation system: The house is technologically manageable through a display at the entrance . From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. You can enjoy the view in the garden turning on the outside lights. Find in the display the 3 options (segnapasso, esterno facciata, piante). 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. We try to promote a healthy and “sterile” environment.

Central loft in a stunning World Heritage Palace

Our newly-renovated flat is ideally located in Via Garibaldi, the most central and sumptuous street of the historic center: NOT near, where many dream of being, but right IN the monument street, in a 16th-century palace wonderfully frescoed and listed as UNESCO World’s Heritage. Very close to all public transport - a few steps away - it is ideal also for getaways to Cinque Terre, Portofino etc. The host, Genovese food writer, will be happy to share her suggestion with you. The apartment, just twenty steps from San Lorenzo Cathedral, is at the 4th floor of a recently renovated XII century palace. While being in Centro Storico, the apartment is sunny, airy and silent. The elevator in the building allows to access easily. This is a rare mix in the historical center where steep stairs and noisy places could welcome you! All main city attractions are within a few minutes walk. It shall be a pleasure to host you, giving some tips to make your stay "indimenticabile"!

L' angolo di Luccoli is a lighty flat at the fourth floor, with elevator, in one of the most beautiful buildings of the old town. The apartment is located in the most elegant and quiet area of the city centre, a stone's throw from the theatre Carlo Felice and all other main touristic attractions, convenient to services and public transport. The apartment consists of a living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is ideal for couples and families.

Intero appartamento a pochi passi dal mare in uno dei più esclusivi angoli di Genova. L'appartamento si trova in Capo Santachiara a cavallo tra due antichi borghi di pescatori, Vernazzola e Boccadasse. La strada di accesso è solo pedonale. Circa 80 metri a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento dalla strada carrabile. E' situato in una vecchia dimora marinara, ristrutturata con raffinatezza.
