Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. A spacious renovated farm offering room for 12 to 16 people in total. The Een zeer ruime modern verbouwde boerderij die plaats biedt aan 12 tot 16 personen in totaal. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

Je logeert in een oude, compleet gerenoveerde oude basisschool uit 1948, met grote klaslokalen, prachtige hoge ramen en hier en daar een schoolbord. Klaslokaal 1 is verbouwd tot landelijke keuken, lokaal 2 veranderd in een gezellige woonkamer met een reuze openhaard + trap naar de vide. In lokaal 3 bevindt zich de brocante ouder slaapkamer met eigen (inloop) badkamer. Verder nog een aantal grote 1 / 2 persoons slaapkamers. Uniek is de bedstee, vide met thuisbioscoop en mooi uitzicht op het park!

Op deze unieke plek kun je genieten van de IJssel, de schitterende vergezichten en zonsondergangen, met een strandje aan je voeten, waar je kunt zwemmen tussen de kribben. 's Avonds zittend bij een vuurtje op de dijk, én op loopafstand van het sfeervolle centrum van Zutphen! De uiterwaarden liggen naast het huis, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en genieten van de rust. Je kunt onze 2persoons kayak lenen en het water opgaan, en er is een flipperkast in huis! De woning is zeer ruim met 140m2.

De grote afgesloten tuin, met de hele dag zon, bied alle privacy om van een heerlijk drankje na een heerlijke dag te kunnen genieten. Parkeerplek op eigen terrein. Lieve kat woont hier en moet 2x/dag eten.

Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

In the countryside of Gendt, near the floodplains of the Waal, lies our lovely house and spacious garden. Centrally located between Arnhem and Nijmegen. Spread throughout the orchard of approx. 5000m2 are various picnic benches. Here you can enjoy the absolute peace and sounds of nature. The sheep and chickens roam around in their own meadow (fresh eggs every day) and all around you you see and hear birds. The house offers 250m2 of living space and is equipped with all conveniences.
