At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

En ella podéis encontrar la tranquilidad de la zona del Raiguer de Mallorca, pero a pocos minutos de las localidades de Lloseta y Binissalem. Acogedora casa situada en el centro de Binissalem, se alquila enteramente la primera planta que NO SE COMPARTE CON NADIE . A pocos metros de distancia hay bodegas, tiendas de comestibles, panaderia, centro medico, asi como restaurantes. Binissalem esta situado justo en el centro de Mallorca , muy bien comunicado por tren y carretera ,, a 20 minutos de Palma y a 25 minutos de Alcudia, lugar ideal para visitar toda la isla. ETV/15237

Ideal house for hikers, cyclists, families (with children) or any person who wants to enjoy our endearing landscapes full of peace, gastronomy and Mallorcan culture. The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City. Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches

Nuestra casa os espera! Si quieres sentirte un isleño, nuestra casa es ideal! Zona bien comunicada, con vecinos y en en un pueblo con muchos servicios. No dudes en escribirme ! Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones).
