The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. “The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.
