A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Coombe Cottage in Bognor Regis by the sea.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.
