The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. Period cottage in the heart of Chichester, great for city breaks or a family holiday. 5 minute walk from the theatre and 1 for the high street. Children and dog friendly home.
