Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Elmer is a secret gem of the South Coast, boasting a sandy beach, crystal clear water and 8 sea pools perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The flat is a 30 second walk to the beach! There are also many wonderful country walks. Elmer is also incredibly quiet, I fell in love with the village on my first visit.
