The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Elmer is a secret gem of the South Coast, boasting a sandy beach, crystal clear water and 8 sea pools perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The flat is a 30 second walk to the beach! There are also many wonderful country walks. Elmer is also incredibly quiet, I fell in love with the village on my first visit. The flat has been recently refurbished. Supermarkets are 10 min drive away for all amenities. Come experience the magic of Elmer!

Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.
