Quiet location surrounded with big garden and lots of greenery.Two terraces (indoor and outdoor) one with a beautiful seaview. Only 10 minutes walk distance from the first beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment can comfortably fit 4 people and is good for families, especially with little kids because garden is fenced and has a lot of shade where you can play with children or can put little baby pool in. In the street there is also a bike rental.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Apartman Kaurić nalazi se na 1. katu zgrade u Malinskoj, 500 m od centra mjesta i 750 m udaljen od plaže. Apartman ima 46 m2 i može ugostiti 2 osobe, a sastoji se od spavaće sobe- j s bračnim krevetom, dnevnog boravka s kuhinjom i blagovaonicom, kupaonice s tušem i balkona od 6 m2. Na raspolaganju su vam klima uređaj, TV-SAT, kafe aparat, WiFi, perilica rublja, te natkriveni parking. Kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni u ovome apartmanu.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
