This studio apartment is located within Villa Stella Mare from whose balcony, restaurant terrace and gardens view of the sea soaks up centuries of peace, away from roads and every other form of city noise. The Villa has a restaurant in which You can choose from breakfast in the morning and daily menu or a'la carte menu. Within the villa there is a modern swimming pool. Family-friendly atmosphere and friendly and competent staff, well represents the specialty of our cuisine and wine offerings.

Osim atraktivne lokacije i novouređenih prostranih prostorija, Vila ima brojne sadržaje - ultra brzi Starlink internet, dvorište, vrt s raznim povrćem... Također nudimo dostavu doručka u vilu i on se dodatno naplaćuje.

House with 4 apartments in quiet village Pitve, 2 km from Jelsa and sea, situated in heart of island Hvar. This apartment is for 3 persons with big terrace in front and view on picturesquely village Pitve.There is a bedroom with big double bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, flat TV, two sofa beds... You can use a coffee machine in the hallway. Also you can use shared washing machine for free and outside barbecue. In front of the house is parking place in the shade.

Our humble establishment offers five apartments featuring the same setup, each 4* apartment is for 4+2 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, living room with sofa bed and access to pool and private beach. Plenty of outdoor relaxation and activities space with a basketball court, ping-pong table and small gym. Free use for all guests of covered outside kitchen with BBQ grill and oven as well as covered private parking. Daily breakfast and weekly dinner is included in price.

Maison Laurel, stone luxury villa near Split

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.

Our diving base is on the ground floor of our apartment house. Upstairs, there are five apartments, each with two sleeping rooms, a living room, a cooking space and a bathroom as well as a separate balcony. Our house is right on the seaside, with a private quay, while two steps away there’s a little village beach, perfect for bathing. A large, shady outside terrace and a private bathing quay offer perfect holidays for families with children.

Villa Heraclea is located in the historical heart of the seaside town of Hvar. From its magnificent stone baroque balcony it captures breathtaking views of the Riva esplanade and the harbor beyond. Modern yachts and classic sailboats adorn the waterfront just meters away while Fortica, the 16th Century Fortress, protectively watches over this popular port of call and the surrounding Pakleni Islands.

Twins Houses

One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. Combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older than 300 years made perfect compound. Houses are intended for rent to a group of maximum eight people. On the back side of the houses is pool. Around the twins are couple of intimacy parts of the terrace for relaxing trough the day.
