Apartment Obala - Apartment 4

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor and it has little terrace. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

The house was built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, a quiet place, close to the beach (5-10 minute walk), close to sporting facilities, shops, a courtyard in the greenery shadow, fireplace, house with private parking, all guests can use the shared terrace 40m2. There are 3 apartments in our house, each with separate entrance. Apartment BOL CENTER is situated in center of Bol , Ulica Ante Radica 34, 21420 Bol, just 50 meter from the sea and 100 meter from th Promenade to Zlatni Rat Beach. It is the perfect place for a larger family or group to enjoy a holiday. Sleeping up to 5-6 people comfortably in three bedrooms/livingroom, there is a large north terrace with dinning table for 4 people and kitchen area with a table for 4 people more. South facing terrace is an ideal place to have a coffee or tea in the morning...

Villa Lemo is a holiday home with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, located in a quiet eastern part of Bol, near the Dominican Monastery. It is just 300 meters from the town center and 250 meters from the beaches. The villa is ideal for families. It features private parking, an outdoor swimming pool (30 m²) with a separate whirlpool (jacuzzi), and a courtyard with a barbecue.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
