Apartment Obala - Apartment 3

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor, but you still can use a terrace in front of the house. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom okruženju.Ima svoje parkirno mjesto,nesmetan pogled na otok Hvar,poznatu plažu Zlatni rat i najviši vrh dalamtinskih otoka Vidovu goru.U blizini se nalaze 2 supermarketa,restoran i pizzeria.Apartman ima 2 spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kompletno opremljenu kuhinju, kauč koji je moguće razvući u udobni ležaj te prostranu terasu sa sjedenjem i ležaljkama za sunčanje.Terasa je zaštićena od pogleda te je zajamčena potpuna privatnost. Apartman je klimatiziran sa wifi pristupom.

Amazing penthouse with sea view in Bol center

Located in the Sea Pearl Residence apartment house, the penthouse apartment offers an amazing sea view. It is on the second floor of house 10 meters from the sea in the centre of Bol on the island of Brac. The guests love the cleaness and the sea view. Large balcony with seating to enjoy the amazing views. It is equipped for comfort and relaxation. Walking distance to everything in Bol, no need for a car. A 2-minute walk from the fast ferry, the nearest beach, groceries, restaurants, and bars.

Villa Blue Sky is a charming stone house built using the famous white Brač marble. Two pools settled in a peaceful olive garden will offer you privacy, while the city center of Bol (300m), grocery shop, fish-market and pharmacy are only a few minutes away on foot. The Villa offers great sea views. Newly built in a traditional Dalmatian style, the modern interior is equipped with all appliances and comforts for a perfect stay. Zlatni rat, the most popular beach in Croatia, is only 1500m away.

Vila Tanja, Luxury Villa with pool and sea view

Villa Tanja is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated and furnished with modern utilities. Its size is 80m2 , and accommodates four persons. Our villa is located in the quiet part of the town of Bol,Island of Brač, just 200m away from the pebble beaches. Our guests enjoy relaxing in the spacious garden and by the pool: on a sun deck and preparing a barbecue. Villa Tanja has private parking for two cars, and guests can use two mountain bikes to explore the island.

Villa Bifora

Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind. It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

Cliff House Bol

As the name implies The Cliff House is located atop a beautiful cliff on the island of Brač overlooking the Adriatic sea. From the terace you will enjoy the views of the island of Hvar and the nearby 18th century monastery. Eventhough The Cliff House is a walking distance from the old town of Bol you will be completely isolated as there are no other houses nearby, just olive trees, the sea and the sky.

Villa Sania consists of two bedrooms, two living rooms, one bathroom and one toilette, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful garden with private swimming pool.

Casa Serena No.1 is a comfortable two-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a spacious shaded terrace surrounded by olive trees, located in our fully renovated house on the quiet east side of Bol. Just a short walk from the beaches near the monastery and less than 10 minutes from the centre, restaurants and waterfront promenade.
