Welcome to SunsetNest. This two-bedroom apartment with a private pool is located on the second floor of our little stone house. Perfect for 5 people, this apartment has everything you need and a bit more. It features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a terrace with a great sunset view, and a private pool with a lounge area that is available from mid-May to mid-September. Zlatni rat, the most popular beach in Croatia, is only 1500m away.

Villa Tanja is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated and furnished with modern utilities. Its size is 80m2 , and accommodates four persons. Our villa is located in the quiet part of the town of Bol,Island of Brač, just 200m away from the pebble beaches. Our guests enjoy relaxing in the spacious garden and by the pool: on a sun deck and preparing a barbecue. Villa Tanja has private parking for two cars, and guests can use two mountain bikes to explore the island.

Charming exclusive use house with heated pool, sauna and spacious terrace with sea view. Located in the center street with private surroundings, great for holidays with friends or family vacation. Large parking space, private heated pool, outdoor shower and outdoor BBQ grill. 150m or 2 min by foot from the central sea front, shops and bars, 15 min by foot from the Zlatni Rat beach and 5 min by foot from the nearest beach. Free parking on the Zlatni rat beach included.

Villa Ilaria is located on the west side of Bol, on one of the best locations in the whole town. This location is called "Setnica", and it is actually the main road where all the towns beaches are. All in all the best location in Bol. The house itself is actually 80m above the Setnica promenade, so 80m from the first beach and the sea. So to spend your vacation in this amazing neighborhood is a vacation well spent. I am sure you will love it.

It is just 300 meters from the town center and 250 meters from the beaches. The villa is ideal for families. It features private parking, an outdoor swimming pool (30 m²) with a separate whirlpool (jacuzzi), and a courtyard with a barbecue.
