Das Trierer Quereinhaus aus dem Jahr 1836 wurde nach historischem Vorbild liebevoll, mit ökologischen Baumaterialien wie Lehm, Kalk, Hanf und Massivholz, restauriert. This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

La maison de 130 m2 est située sur les hauteurs de Wilwerwiltz. Lors de votre séjour, vous pourrez profiter d'un jardin avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée du Kiischpelt. Si vous souhaitez découvrir la région, vous pourrez faire de la randonnée dans les environs. La maison dispose d’un garage où vous pouvez garer vos 🏍 et 🚲. Le garage est trop petit pour une voiture.
